We were moved to a single room and had climate control, a safe and an electronic key card. It made our trip to Essen a LOVELY experience.

Our stay here was pleasant, good home base for exploring Essen. Incredibly affable staff. Cool cuisine. Spotless rooms and climate control, a work desk and a flat-screen television included.
